April Spellmeyer is a poetess, co-author of Soul Words - Eternal Soul Sisters Volume I, author of They Call Me Sister Kate, Sacrifice & Bloom and Scars of a Warrior. She is a mother to three children and Gigi to three grandsons. She has worked in the insurance and retail sectors but is now a stay-at-home mom and writer. April finds her writing is best expressed when listening to several genres of music and a glass of whiskey in the comfort of her home.
