Nathaniel Sojourner Turner

Nathaniel Sojourner Turner was born to a widowed mother of two in Englewood, New Jersey. As a child, the way he escaped his challenging upbringing was through reading; some of his favorite books being by Dr. Seuss. He was a gifted student and a multi-sport athlete in school, but as a teenager he began to focus the majority of his time writing music. Now he channels his efforts into getting kids excited about reading and stimulating healthy dialog about religious, social, political, physical, and mental health issues through his work.
