Tom Horn

Tom was born in Kermit, Texas in 1960 and raised all over the Great American Southwest. He graduated High School form an American boarding school in Mallorca, Spain in 1978. After graduation he spent the next 12 years serving in the US Navy. He was diagnosed as a diabetic (insulin dependent) and was forced to accept a Medical Retirement. He and his family moved to Satellite Beach, Florida and Tom joined the United Association Local Union 295 as a Pipefitter and worked in the construction industry for another 25 years, often working at the Kennedy Space Center on Space Shuttle Launch pads and various other facilities. Complications with diabetes caused Tom to suffer Chronic Kidney Disease and in 2015 Tom was forced to again retire. He has since started writing full time. Tom's love of writing started around the age of 8. While Tom was working construction he was always scribbling away in a notepad that he carried in his pocket. He writes like he reads, in all genres. His first novel, The Chosen: The Chronicles of Vespia Book 1 is a Fantasy novel. His second, a mild Horror/Supernatural novel is The Hollows. Tom has recently completed the second book in the Chronicles of Vespia series entitled Sinnestra's Fury. "Currently I am working on five other novels which will come to print over the next few years, including Witch Moon, The Hollows Book 2." Tom has a full house, sharing his home with his Wife of 38 years, Daughter and Granddaughter and two Maltipoo pups named Bandit and Patches.
