Mona Goodman Harry

I grew up in a small community called St. John tucked away in Lynchburg, SC; we all knew each other by name. I grew up during an era when kids didn't have to fear going to school nor playing outside with family and friends. I was raised in the church; where my Christian foundation begun. At an early age God put in my heart a desire to write poetry; Psalms 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart's desires." It took many years before I truly understood the meaning of this scripture. He put in my heart the desire to tell the world about Him (God) through poetry. Now, with the publication of Rhythms for the Soul, He gave me my hearts desire. When God put a desire in your heart it shall come to pass.
