At a relatively early age, Clara discovered an appreciation for the written and spoken word; it offered her an outlet for her creative side and outgoing personality. After college she worked in a variety of positions but found that in each position, she gravitated toward educating and leading others, finding her own fulfillment, in their success and professional development.

With a natural entrepreneurial spirit, Clara also discovered she had a passion for business development. Guiding an aspiring or new business owner on their journey, and giving them the necessary tools for success, brought her great satisfaction.

More than 30 years in the making, Clara has built a life-long career around training and educating professionals and entrepreneurs; about business and professional development, using the written and spoken word. Her mantra is, “I could do that!”

Clara Rose currently works with entrepreneurs and professionals, who want to craft their messaging and create influence, to generate more leads. She believes success is a matter of influence, but influence is not accidental.

Clara is the chief editor for RoseDale Publishing, a press mark that produces non-fiction books for influencers. She is also the creator of the Brainstorm & Blueprint Method, a proprietary process for creating a manuscript for publication.

Additionally, she is the creator of online training program Influence University and the founder of the Influence Builders movement; an online group for sharing knowledge, tips, and tools, for business and professional development.

Clara Rose is CEO of Intentional Influence, a consulting practice focused on writing, speaking, and leading, to help entrepreneurs strategically and intentionally cultivate influence.
