Trish Ahjel Roberts

Trish Ahjel Roberts is a transformational coach, international speaker, and happiness expert. She writes books, hosts workshops, leads retreats, and coaches people to help them tell their stories, unlock their potential, walk in their purpose, and uncover Mind-Blowing Happiness®️. She speaks professionally on the topics of Diversity, Compassionate Leadership, Happiness, and Transforming Anger to Action.

She is the founder of the Mind-Blowing Happiness️️ coaching company and the Black Vegan Life®️️ event brand. She is the author of four books including "12 Steps to Mind-Blowing Happiness" which was endorsed by Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff, and Iyanla Vanzant. Her newly released book, "The Anger Myth: Understanding and Overcoming the Mental Habits That Steal Your Joy" earned a foreword from iconic transformational leader, Jack Canfield as well as rave reviews from Library Journal and Booklist. It is already being translated internationally.

Trish is also the author of the well-loved self-help memoir, "Thinking Outside the Chrysalis: A Black Woman’s Guide to Spreading Her Wings" and the #sexyfunnysmart novel, "Chocolate Soufflé." She has written many articles for local and national publications and serves as the consulting editor of African American issues for Natural Awakenings Magazine in Atlanta, GA.

Trish is a certified life coach, yoga and meditation instructor, and energy healer with over a decade of Buddhist study. She has been featured on CBS46-TV in Atlanta, WBLS-FM New York, V103-FM Atlanta, and many media platforms. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and holds an MBA from Long Island University. She spends her time between Atlanta, GA and Tampa, FL. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, long car trips, and watching thrillers on Netflix.
