Steve Cain

Steve Cain is a writer of poetry, short stories, song lyrics, and novels across multiple genres. Known for his sarcasm and dark humor, Cain has delved into horror with his 2020 release, “Thorn” and in several short stories that can be found in books such as “The Great Inevitable,” (available via Losantiville Press), “Jumpin’ Jesus, Hallelujah,” and “The Box of Dreams and Memories.” He has also written short stories in the sci-fi, fantasy, and general fiction genres.

Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Steve lives in New Richmond, Ohio with his wife, Theresa, daughter, Samantha, son, Ethan, three dogs (Pixie, Gracely, and J.J.), a cat (Orangey), and a multitude of deer, turkey, raccoons, coyotes, bunnies, foxes, birds, turtles, butterflies, and fireflies. He is a safety and environmental manager, is the vocalist for the heavy metal band Critical Khaos, and appeared in the movie, “Christmas Collision.”
