Mohan Murti

Mohan Murti is Head of Europe for India’s largest private sector company - a Fortune Global 100 company. He has 40 years experience in promoting global business strategy, joint ventures, technology transfer agreements, collaborations and enhancing mutually beneficial partnerships between European & Indian governments, technical universities, research institutions and corporations.

Mohan has played a key role in addressing international disputes in complex legal contracts through resolution strategies including mediation and, arbitration.

During his tenure in Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), as its Europe head based in Cologne, Germany and as India Representative to United Nations-Investment Promotion Services (UNIDO), in Paris, France and Zurich, Switzerland, he was responsible for over USD 500 million FDI flow into India. In his four decades in Europe, he also successfully assisted in conclusion of several joint ventures, manufacturing license agreements and technical collaborations between European and Indian companies.

Mergers & Acquisitions including post merger integration have been Mohan`s forte for several years. He is a leadership coach & cross-cultural trainer noted for establishing team synergies.

Armed with a Bachelors Degree in Law & Science and a Masters Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Mohan also, is a Fellow of the French Government Agency for Commercial, Technical & Industrial Cooperation (ACTIM), Paris, France.

A regular attendee at the Annual Meeting of World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Mohan is also, a Member of the Board of the WEF Strategic Partner Advisory Group, in Geneva, Switzerland.
