A child of the 60's I lived abroad on and off until I was 13, I loved not living in England, I seemed to have more freedom careering around the countryside riding ponies with my best friend.
When we returned to the UK my parents bought a small holding, we were then always outside, collecting eggs, mucking out or riding. I was then packed off to boarding school which was immense fun although I'm not sure I learnt much, I was a daydreamer and days were spent wanting to be in the swimming pool or playing tennis rather than being uninspired by teachers.
After that I had no idea what to do, so I learnt to type and headed to London, worked in advertising and film production, met my husband and started a family. We moved from Hampshire to Devon with four children, for a Steiner school, we then had another child. Life in Devon helped me to educate myself about who I was, I was attracted to a more alternative perspective and became more balanced through a new found perspective. I trained to be an Bi-Aura energy therapist and learnt leather work.
Twenty years later, I am back in the home counties, writing stories that are insightful, inspirational and thought provoking.
I have a self-help book with helpful tools if you need help in your life and my children's story, written for children of all ages.
