Ming Hsu Chen

Ming Hsu Chen is a Professor at the University of California Law School in SF (formerly UC Hastings) and previously served on the faculty at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She is the Faculty-Director of the Center for Race, Immigration, Citizenship and Equality and lives in the Bay Area.
