Ted Rasmussen

Ted Rasmussen owns and operates a private athletic training facility called TNT Strength and Conditioning. Which is located in Manahawkin, New Jersey.

He is a certified strength coach, powerlifting coach, and competitive powerlifter. Working with athletes from the novice to the advanced it is Ted's passion to help others through hard work and positivity.
