Daryl J. Hogan Jr.

Dr. Daryl Hogan is a retired United States Air Force veteran who proudly served 27 years on active duty in a variety of senior leadership positions, including Deputy Fire Chief, Command Chief Master Sergeant, Command First Sergeant, and Commandant of the Chiefs Leadership Academy. Throughout his military career, he developed, mentored, and inspired leaders at every level, building a reputation for principled leadership and service.

Following his military retirement, Dr. Hogan continued his commitment to developing others by serving in higher education at the collegiate level, where he has taught, mentored, and helped prepare the next generation of professionals. Driven by a passion for leadership development, he has authored multiple books dedicated to equipping current and future leaders with practical wisdom, timeless principles, and real-world experience.
