Chip Beck

Dr. Chip Beck is a retired Navy Commander, a career CIA Clandestine Service Officer, and a former State Department Foreign Affairs Officer who directed the prestigious ACOTA peacekeeper training program in Africa from 2005-2010. He served in or witnessed some two dozen wars, revolutions, and civil conflicts on four continents from 1969 through 2013. In addition to his academic credentials in international relations Beck is also an award-winning cartoonist and combat artist. His military, intelligence, and diplomatic assignments, along with a penchant for personal travel, have taken him to 150 countries and territories on six continents.

Veteran intelligence officer and political scientist Beck reveals the historical development and hidden aspects of Mexico’s clandestine foreign policy and its camouflaged operations impacting America in ways that U.S. citizens, politicians, and journalists fail to perceive or understand.
