Harold Nwariaku

I am a Consultant and thought leader in the Procurement and Supply Chain industry with a passion for Human Capital Development. I have had a 20+ year career with blue-chip multinationals and I'm now in the business of helping companies develop their Supply Chain teams to best-in-class.

I also direct the affairs of the Harold Nwariaku Foundation, which is targeted at “Bridging the gap” between what corporate organizations seek and what universities teach, through workshops and seminars on topics such as “A CV that gets you a Job” (my first book), “Interviewing for Success,” ‘Managing your Boss,” “Surviving Office Politics”, etc.

I formed a habit of writing down my thoughts when studying, and this is coming back to haunt me, as I now have to share those scribbles with the world!

With a breadth of insight that demands expression, I'm learning more about myself everyday! If I was a color, I would be 'orange'. It's not a primary color, but it dominates a space when used. Not a lot of things are painted orange, but those that are, are simply awesome. Like a rare sunset, I can take your breath away. Not a lot of colors can be mixed with orange, it stands apart; quiet, yet bold, warm, bright, and commanding.

I will be writing across a couple of non-fiction genres.

I love motorsports, music, reading, and road travel, not necessarily in that order.

I am married to Olamide, and we are stewards to 4 beautifully unique children - Chinwe, Ikechukwu, Nwabueze, and Nneoma.
