Patrick Graham

From Jamaican heritage Patrick Graham is a UK born and Liverpool based; poet, writer, actor and workshop facilitator under the logo of Black Out Productions. His workshops comprise; poetry, creative writing and drama to local and Black diaspora history.

Patrick enjoys writing for children and adults and has his work included poetry and story anthologies published by award winning Liverpool based Writing on the Wall.

He has worked as an immigration advisor, youth worker, family support worker, and journalist amongst other things. This allowed him to meet people from different backgrounds, cultures and lived experiences - helping shape his understanding of the world, its people and its history.

Patrick has recently published his anthology of short stories: “Stories that make you ask… Quis, Quid, Quando, Ubi, Quare …Who, What, When, Where, Why”

His first short story, published in 2020, was a children’s book: 'The Three Little Jamaicans: English Adventure.'
