Ruby Barrios

Ruby Barrios is a first-generation college graduate of the American Musical Dramatic Academy and has used her Acting BFA to dive into the entertainment landscape. She works in commercial production and she is a Cannes Young Lion Creative Academy recipient. She also continues her love for acting. Her most notable role is being the voice of LaRose in Netflix's LOL! Surprise Winter Fashion Show.

She teaches at many non profit art organizations that advocate for under-resourced youth and children within the chronic illness community. She received the CoachArt Activity of the Year Award for Creative Writing and is always looking forward to advocating for underrepresented stories.
