I am Professor of Marketing at Esade Business School and Senior Advisor of Globalpraxis, a consultancy that accelerates organic growth for global organizations. My work examines how firms link customer understanding to commercial performance through their pricing decisions, and the economic and psychological forces that shape that process.
I am the coauthor of "Payback: Turning Customer Value into Lasting Revenue," which shows how companies can turn customer centricity from a slogan into a disciplined growth strategy. My first book, "The Ends Game: How Smart Companies Stop Selling Products and Start Delivering Value," explores how technological and societal shifts are changing the basis of competition, pushing firms to profit from outcomes rather than outputs.
My research has been published in leading academic and managerial journals, and my commentary has been featured by the BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, Forbes, the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today.
I hold a doctorate from Harvard Business School. Previously, I served on the faculty at London Business School, was a visiting professor at Harvard Business School, and worked as a senior advisor to Boston Consulting Group.
