Asad Raza

Helping organizations be future ready by utilizing the latest and upcoming technologies to stay ahead of the curve is why Asad Raza wrote this book. He spent two years researching and working on it because, in his own words, “It’s one of my favorite topics to read so I thought, why not write something on it?”

Mr. Raza has extensive experience with cloud computing and other technical aspects of business, including a BA in Liberal Studies (Information Technology) and an Associate’s Degree in Science in Natural Science and Math (ASNSM in Computer Science) from Thomas Edison State University. He also holds certificates from Cisco, Microsoft, and VMWARE.

After moving to Texas at age 21, Asad began working at Cisco, where he worked his way up to Team Lead – Unified Communications Infrastructure TAC, before moving on to CapitalOne to help them overcome their challenges with the cloud and network architecture.

Asad Raza is already planning his next book, drawing on his knowledge of contact center strategy to help businesses get more out of their contact centers. Other than technology, Asad enjoys writing children's books, first of which is We Need Bugs, also available on amazon.com
