BUD THOMAS

Born April 25, 1945, in Miami, Fl, a descendent of Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens), Bud attended Miami Jackson High School and the University of Florida where he studied Chemistry and Biology. Bud went on to graduate from the University of Miami with a BS, Chemistry, and pursue a career in Real Estate and Insurance. He has told children's stories, extemporaneously, for sixty years without ever writing them down. Upon retirement from Allstate, his wife said, "why don't you write one down." A TREE CALLED FIR is the proud product of this writing endeavor.
