ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Very powerful personal reasons keep the author traveling between Puerto Rico, Colombia and the United States, places from which some of his stories emerge after witnessing the theatrical scenes of the human reality.

As an immigrant he has experienced the brutal reality of cultural differences within the American society. Paradoxically all his editions want to celebrate a positive aspect of that society: the love for reading regardless of place or time.

After nearly 23 years as a designer and publisher of institutional publications and 17 in the legal field, once again he has experienced the pleasure of transforming an empty page into art manifesting one of the most basic skills acquired from early childhood: writing. The Spanish edition for WHEN CRUMBS FALL AND OTHER STORIES FOR PEOPLE IN A RUSH is also available at Amazon as CUENTOS PARA GENTE CON PRISA, as well his most recent book: LA SEÑORA ANA NO SABE SI EXISTE.

SOBRE EL AUTOR

Motivos personales muy poderosos mantienen al autor viajando entre Puerto Rico, Colombia y los Estados Unidos, lugares de los cuales surgen algunas de sus historias después de presenciar las escenas teatrales de la realidad humana.

Como inmigrante ha experimentado el brutal peso de ser culturalmente diferente dentro de la sociedad estadounidense. Pero, paradójicamente, con cada una de sus publicaciones quiere celebrar un aspecto positivo de esa sociedad: el amor por la lectura sin importar el lugar o el tiempo.

Después de 23 años como diseñador y editor de publicaciones institucionales y 17 como abogado, sigue experimentando el placer de ver cómo una página vacía puede transformarse en una manifestación artística con una de las habilidades más básicas adquiridas desde la primera infancia: la escritura.

I am sharing, with anyone who wants to be a reader and at the same time author, my stories to understand together the complexity of the human environment from an individual or a collective perspective.

The similarity of human behavior is portrayed in the writing of these stories that have occurred, occur, and may occur in Bogotá, San Juan de Puerto Rico, Washington, DC or any other place in the world.

I hope you enjoy my book and I wish it will help immerse you into the wonderful world of literature through the interpretations it may provoke.
