His endeavors gained local and national media attention by giving away thousands of backpacks filled with supplies to Jackson Public School students as well as giving nearly $20,000 in free gas to the citizens of Jackson, Mississippi. The Word Center disseminated 30 tons of water to struggling citizens during a water crisis. Pastor Rich and The Word Center has become a staple in the Jackson community for outreach, and he can be heard every morning during the National Syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show. Pastor Rich the author of an Amazon Top Seller entitled, “I Can’t Keep Dating Like This.” Pastor Rich released his software book “The Pain of Pastoring February 28, 2020.
