Lindo Bacon, PhD, is an author, scientist, educator, and advocate whose work explores health, bodies, stigma, social justice, and belonging.

For more than two decades, Lindo has challenged conventional ideas about weight and health through research, writing, and advocacy. They are the author of *Health at Every Size*, *Body Respect*, and *Radical Belonging*, and their work has helped bring scientific and social justice perspectives to broad audiences.

Lindo's work has evolved from transforming how we understand bodies and health to exploring a larger question: What does it take for people to truly thrive?
