Pradeep Yadav

Shri. Pradeep Yadav presently settled in Gurgaon (India), was born on 13-Nov-1971, at Dimapur (Nagaland) to the visionary businessman family which originally migrated to Nagaland in 1960 from a small village Laxiwas in Alwar District of Rajasthan.

He is a Bachelor of Commerce from the NEHU University, Shillong, and also graduated in Law from Nagaland University. He attended and participated in a Management Development Programme for Youth Transport Entrepreneurs at IIM Ahmedabad. He also had the privilege to undergo The Logistic Management Programme Course at AOTS, Japan along with The Japanese Corporate Management Programme.

He is a member of the Managing Committee of All India Motor Transport Congress and also a member of the Rotary Club of Dimapur since 1997.

In 1989 he joined the local rural hill bus service, initiated by his father in the year 1976. He also commenced the Overnight Luxury Interstate Passenger Service between Dimapur and various state Capitals of North East India in 1992. He ventured in the Car Carrier Logistic in 1992 with Maruti Udyog Limited is now known as Maruti Suzuki India Limited. He incorporated his first Private Limited Company in 1996 and further expanded his enterprise to other OEMs like Tata Motors Ltd., Bajaj Auto Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., and made his Company the first to have 100% GPS enabled fleet in 2003.

Endowed with his father’s moral vision, in the year 2006, he successfully designed, developed, and implemented a cloud-based Online ERP, Integrated with GPS, sharing real-time information with all stakeholders.

He is the Recipient of Transport Kumar Award in 1997.
