Michelle Busby

An Army brat, I spent my early years on military bases and posts around the world until my father's retirement. Then, I was a Florida transplant for nearly five decades. A life-long thespian, I began performing on stage in my teens and was a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) in Hollywood for a brief time before returning to Florida.

During my life, I have worn a multitude of hats: teacher, entertainer, world traveler, businesswoman, mother, editor, and author. I have written plays, musicals, and novels for all ages under the pen names of Mickey Middleton (Small Tails of True Love children's picture books), Mickey MorningGlory (The Trackers Series multicultural paranormal mysteries), M.M. Busby (adult thriller/mystery), Michelle Busby (Holmes & Watson Culinary Whodunit cozy mystery series), Mickey Lane (inspirational and non-fiction), and Mickey M.
