Cristiana Monteiro

Cristiana is a Highly Specialised Cardiac Physiologist, Clinical Physiology Lead of the Cardiovascular Clinical Research Facility of the University of Oxford, and Head of the Oxford Research Echocardiography Core Lab. Cristiana is EACVI and BSE accredited in transthoracic echocardiography, as well as a certified cardiac devices specialist by IBHRE, BHRS and EHRA.

Cristiana's clinical and professional interests range from heart failure diagnosis and management, the improvement of patient care through the use of data science and artificial intelligence, leadership and clinical education.
