Iona Rossely

I've lived several lives, and most of them at full speed. I was sent to boarding school at eleven. After that I skied and raced horses, and collected broken bones, broken relationships and one life-changing high-speed crash along the way. Life knocked me down more times than I can count, but I always got back up. I spent almost a decade in public relations, including work in Formula One with Rothmans Williams Renault, I coordinated a global sustainability network for a nonprofit.

Today I live on a farm in Australia with my husband Jeff, ten horses, five dogs and two cats. I write, I paint (I painted the cover of *Shaped by Love*), I run a nonprofit, and I speak at conferences around the world and contribute to BBC Radio 2. I've written three books: *Racing on Empty*, *The Unexpected* and *Shaped by Love: A Journey of Brokenness to Belonging*. *Shaped by Love* is my story told honestly, with plenty of laughter, for anyone who has been broken and is looking for a way back.
