Darren E. Lund

I am a professor at the Werklund School of Education at the University of Calgary, Canada. Social justice is at the heart of my academic and activist work, and I hope my writing reflects a consistent commitment to anti-oppression and equity. Much of my work has focused on youth activism, teacher education for social justice, community-engaged learning, duoethnography, cultural humility, and critical analyses of whiteness and white privilege. I enjoy respectful and reciprocal collaborations toward shared long-term goals.
