Dr. Sharon Smith (Arrindell)

Dr. Sharon Arrindell's work centers on resilience, redemption, and purpose. A Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker and Coach, she inspires audiences to move from brokenness to wholeness through her faith-driven message of restoration.

Born in Jamaica and raised in the United States, Dr. Sharon’s life reflects her guiding principle: “Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve.” After an early career in the fashion industry, she was forced to pivot, transitioning her into education, counseling, and leadership development, serving as a school counselor and adjunct professor for many years.

Although she has been a licensed therapist for some time with a focus on couples, today, as the Founder and CEO of Inspired Wholeness Enterprise, she has returned to her first passion— fashion—with Inspired Creation, an evening wear and semi-formal line designed for sophisticated, purpose-driven women. Her work bridges faith, leadership, and style on a global stage.

Dr. Sharon is joyfully married to her best friend and dream partner, Keith Arrindell, and together they share a blended family.
