Ms. Wanda Etheridge

Wanda Etheridge enjoys poetry and wanted to tell stories using her favorite style - the limerick! As she enters the world of indie authors, she has chosen this light and whimsical format to create her books. Wanda currently has over 25 years of service in the federal government and has spent 13 years with a municipal law enforcement agency; she has even been a Chief of Police! Wanda has a passion for world travel and has visited about 50 countries. Until now, she has only written in her spare time (she has been working on a crime fiction novel for about 25 years for fun) but has discovered creating children’s books is her passion and hopes to write stories her grandchildren want to read as they get older. "The Funny List" is the first in the series to be known as the Mae books. "Mae's Big Adventure" came out in March 2021 and “Mae Turns Five” was available June 2022. “Mae Goes to School” will be available in August 2025!
