Sal Dhalla, the Food Witch, is a management consultant turned chef, who now specialises in an intuitive approach to food and cooking. It’s about sharing the love that comes from having a mindful and intuitive relationship with what we eat—buying ingredients, preparing and cooking them with joy—as well as delicious eating, of course.
Having started working life as a management consultant and ditched the corporate life to study at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 2011, Sal's path to becoming a chef and now also teacher, writer and speaker has been as much about self-development and self-love as it has been about loving food— and it’s that journey that inspires what she does now!
