Josh Khachadourian

Josh Khachadourian writes for the man who did everything right and still feels stuck.

He is the bestselling author of The Standard and Kingdom Driven, and host of the Raising the Standard podcast, which has reached men in more than 100 nations.

His two books come at the same problem from different directions. The Standard holds up Jesus as the measure of true manhood, across six tools a man can pick up and use. Kingdom Driven hands him an operating system for taking territory in the four battlegrounds of life: faith, family, fitness and finance.

The thread running through both is the root. Josh teaches that most men spend their lives managing fruit. They fix the behavior, tighten the discipline, and wonder why the same thing keeps growing back. His work goes underneath that, to the beliefs a man never chose and never thought to question.

He teaches from the same arena his readers live in. Josh spent more than two decades inside a Fortune Global 500 company while preaching and ministering to men the entire time. Work. Pressure. Marriage. Kids. He has led men's groups, served as dean of a practical school of ministry in New York City, and has been preaching since he was a teenager.

He is married to Rachael and they are raising three children. At fifty, he stepped onto a bodybuilding stage in the best shape of his life, training from his identity instead of for it.
