Dr. Klint C. Kendrick is an HR M&A and workforce transformation leader who helps organizations navigate high-stakes change where execution determines whether value is created or lost, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and global expansion. His work increasingly includes the people-side implications of AI and automation, especially where operating model shifts and workforce decisions are involved.

Over 20+ years, Klint has led and advised complex integrations and workforce transitions across industries including retail, aerospace and defense, healthcare, manufacturing, media, and technology. He has held HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Oracle, and Boeing, and has also supported scrappy, founder-led environments where execution discipline matters just as much as strategy.

Klint teaches HR’s role in M&A at New York University, chairs the HR M&A Roundtable, and founded Master Your Merger, a practitioner platform designed to help HR and integration leaders improve deal outcomes through practical tools, frameworks, and peer learning.
