Michael Poznansky

Michael Poznansky is an associate professor in the Strategic and Operational Research Department at the U.S. Naval War College and a core faculty member in the Cyber & Innovation Policy Institute. Prior to starting at NWC, Dr. Poznansky taught in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. He has held fellowships with the Dickey Center for International Understanding at Dartmouth College, the International Security Program at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and the Modern War Institute at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
