Taryn Dryfhout

Taryn is an experienced writer, English teacher, theologian, and coffee junkie who lives in New Zealand with her husband and four children.

Taryn's publication record includes several non-fiction books, tertiary college courses, website content, and more than 400 feature articles, reviews, and columns published in newspapers, websites, and magazines.

She is a trained and registered secondary teacher, specialising in English, History, and Religious Studies. Taryn holds several university qualifications including Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Otago, whilst working as a tutor at Laidlaw College.

When Taryn is not writing, studying, or with her kids, she can be found reading books, buying books, or watching Gilmore Girls.
