Martin McEvilly

After Martin completed studying quantity surveying & construction at Birmingham City University he decided to travel overseas to gain further enrichment. In 1984 he married in Hong Kong and has four children. He has worked in Germany, Southern Iran, Cyprus, Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Brunei, Thailand, Singapore, Bangladesh, Myanmar (Burma) and Vietnam. He is currently writing his third book called Oman the early years, the fun and, the hardship. During his retirement he writes from his UK home in Solihull and his holiday home at Lake Garda. He makes every effort to keep himself busy writing, reading, playing chess, gardening travelling and babysitting his grandchildren in Switzerland.
