Florencia Estrade was born in Uruguay in 1975, a country with 3 million people in the most southern cone of the Americas. Since age 5, when she spent over an year in Puerto Rico, she became an avid explorer of the world living and traveling to a variety of countries, feeling connected as a global citizen. She is an social entrepreneur, strategist, passionate about people finding meaning in their work and purpose in life. After spending over 11 years in the corporate world at McKinsey, ABN AMRO, getting her MBA at UC Berkeley, a Fulbright Scholar, Florencia felt the need to leave that behind and start her own creative path exploring new formats of business and community building for transformation. She currently co-leads League of Intrapreneurs, a global learning community with the mission to unlock the human potential inside large organizations to create a better future and is closely involved with the Presencing Institute community. She is an experienced facilitator, coaching groups and individuals throughout transformation journeys, and innovation processes with methodologies that combine inner work, introspection with hands-on rapid prototyping.
Florencia is now based in Punta del Este Uruguay, with her family Nacho, Maia and Sofia.
