Michael D Santonino III

Michael D. Santonino III received both his Doctor and Master of Business Administration from H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. He also holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a management practitioner with more than 15 years of corporate experience working for military defense contractors and high-tech commercial corporations.

Frank J. Villa Jr. is the former CEO of the Colorado and Wyoming Railroad in Pueblo Colorado. He has more than 30 years in executive management, corporate training, negotiations and arbitration. He ran a successful Railroad Technical Training Service (RTTS) after retirement in supervisory training. He has no college degrees.
