Nora Gordon

Nora Gordon is an economist and professor at the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, where she conducts research and teaches students how to create and interpret evidence to improve education policy and practice. Her popular writing appears in outlets including the New York Times, Education Week, and TheAtlantic.com. She has testified as an expert on federal education finance before Congress and in federal district court. Dr. Gordon lives with her husband, three sons, and dog in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
