Inma Ríos, an Expert in Leadership Development and High-Performance Teams, Master in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She is an International Speaker and the author of several the leadership books ". Top Women Leaders 2022 award.

Inma has managed Supply Chain departments at the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) level, managing suppliers, production, and cross-functional, multicultural teams. With 10 years of professional experience in multinational companies across various European countries (Ireland, the Netherlands, and France)

Inma has firsthand experience in leading teams in complex and challenging environments. She knows what it feels like to be under pressure and how to maintain motivation and achieve results in difficult situations. Therefore, her approach is based on practical and effective solutions that can be implemented in the day-to-day operations of any team.

Since 2013, she has been dedicated to consulting and training in Organizations and Business Schools. She has assisted over 100 companies in developing high-performance teams and has trained thousands of executives to develop the mindset and skills of great leaders, thereby creating more motivated and productive teams.

Her online video courses have reached more than 5000 students worldwide. Her podcast "¡ENTRENA TU LIDERAZGO!" is listened to in over 30 countries.

She is a professor in several Business Schools. She holds a Master's Degree in Coaching with NLP and Emotional Intelligence accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Professional Coach by the Spanish Association of Coaching (ASESCO) and a Systemic Team Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching in London. She is also a Certified Analyst in Behaviors and Motivators by TTI Talent Insights, a Scrum Master, and a Certified Agile Team Facilitator by IC Agile (ICP-ATF) in the United Kingdom.
