Olivia Sain

Olivia Sain is a therapeutic storyteller, speaker, and author. Her own story makes her the perfect advocate, educator, and influencer for those who are looking for a way out of their own misery.

Her struggles through repeated loss, failing out of college, suicidal thoughts, and a myriad of diagnoses—Tourette Syndrome, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, depression, ADD, OCD, anxiety, alcohol abuse—resonate with people. Olivia overcame all of these obstacles, including speech and language delays, to find her voice as a motivational speaker.

Olivia has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida. She also is co-author of iBRAND, The Next Generation and partnering workbook iBRAND: LifePlan. She launched Staying Sain with her mother, Pam Sain, to help themselves and others navigate profound grief.

She is founder of LGBTQ support group The Butterfly Talks in Orlando, Fla. You can read Olivia’s blog at StayingSain.com/blog. For more information, visit OliviaSain.com.
