Aida Chamiça

Aida Chamiça is immersed in the corporate world and its leaders, senior executives, and executive teams. She is a graduate of the College of Executive Coaching (USA), and was the first Portuguese person to earn the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential conferred by the International Coaching Federation (there were only 7% MCC worldwide at that time).

She was a senior manager at Accenture until 2003, and has worked since 1992 in the area of leadership development.

Break Heaven, her first book as sole author, is written for those with whom she works: leaders, managers, and executives. She believes that in everyone’s professional life, obstacles and difficulties are simply challenges to be overcome through good preparation, confidence, personal commitment, creativity, resource mobilization... and the guidance in these pages.
