Tamera Foley, Ph.D.

Tamera Foley is the founder and CEO of Education 4 All Now LLC and Garwell Publishing. She is a veteran educator who has worked in urban education. Dr. Tamera Foley is an advocate for children in trauma and children experiencing mental health issues. Dr. Foley incorporates emotional health and social and emotional learning in her series, Cassie's Big Change. She is passionate about her work with children.

Dr. Tamera Foley is the author of books and journals. She loves helping children sort out their feelings. She is currently working on expanding her children’s series. She is passionate about helping others publish their book and follow their dreams.
