Yann Vaucher has a solid background as an entrepreneur and organizational consultant spanning more than 30 years, acquired in various management positions and complemented by further training in human development, personal coaching and communication. He is also co-author of the book “Tous pour tous” (2020, ed. His preferred subjects are leadership, human development in organizations and organizational change, and during his career he has been able to practice all the activities that an entrepreneur or leader may encounter: purchase, development, merger, acquisition, resale, creation of joint ventures, change management, development of collective intelligence, etc. His experience in organizational “coaching” is varied, as he has carried out mandates with start-ups, local SMEs, international companies and public administrations.
