Ritu Vijay

RITU VIJAY is an entrepreneur and a motivational speaker. She is a certified trainer. Qualified as Post-Graduate in English Literature and also owns the degree of Law and PGDHRM, and currently pursuing Ph.D. in Management.

She, with her husband Gaurav Vijay, has been steering the recruitment consulting organization 'Sanguine Global' for more than 10 years wherein she works more as a leader than a boss.

She has the exposure of dealing with clients and candidates at all the levels from the national and international market that enriches her experience of handling different sectors and variety of people.

She is passionate about writing, speaking and training people and believes in empowering people by changing their perspective. With this debut book she has turned her knowledge and experience into words.
