Maggie De Pree

I'm a mom, an entrepreneur and co-founder of The League of Intrapreneurs, a global learning community of activists, misfits and innovators shifting systems from within the system.

After a decade working with entrepreneurs in the clean tech sector and experiencing the power of a can-do, creative mindset to solve big challenges, I discovered that a similar, entrepreneurial spirit was alive inside some of our most scaled and systematized organizations. These intrapreneurs were taking on the "inside job" of social change.

I've spent the past 10 years discovering, connecting and supporting intrapreneurs to shift systems from within the system, working on issues ranging from climate change to healthcare.

I regularly speak and write on the topic of sustainable innovation and intrapreneurship. I co-authored The Intrapreneur’s Guide to Pathfinding and The Social Intrapreneur: A Field Guide for Corporate Changemakers.

I'm originally from Portland, Oregon and have made my permanent home in the UK. I'm passionate about girls sport and have become a certified soccer (aka football) and cricket coach.
