Dr. Mary Welsh

Dr. Mary Welsh is an author, national speaker, coach, and grief session facilitator. She took the tragic loss of her daughter Susie McBride-Welsh and used it as a catalyst to document her grief journey as an avenue to aid other grieving individuals and families adapt.

She believes in the Power of Positivity and shares her model: The Four Aspects of Positive Reflection: remembering, reflecting, recreating,and relating. Her model helps others address adversity and loss of loved ones find peace and purpose in the 'new normal.'
