Anna is a clinical psychologist who has worked in the NHS for 15 years. She has worked in specialist anxiety services for adults and children, and is passionate about providing individuals with skills to manage their own emotional wellbeing. She works primarily using cognitive behaviour therapy and compassion focused therapy, aiming to help individuals build up a sense of resilience and agency.
Having had her own children, Anna became particularly interested in teaching children skills to manage their emotional worlds, such that they would build lifelong resilience and understanding of their emotional experiences.
