PT Breitenstein

PT has always loved everything involving animals and nature. Especially horses! Combining the love of nature and horses she rode the trails on many a park trail. It was the best of both worlds. However there came a time when PT was no longer able to ride horses. Enter the humble chicken! Starting with 6 chicks it didn’t take long for the flock to grow to the current number of 38 chickens.

Watching the happenings in the flock over the years PT has discovered that we, especially children, can learn a lot from these creatures. After an incident involving 2 chicks named Rhoda and Dottie the idea was “hatched” to turn their experiences into a book series.
