Sandra T. Montes

I have a doctorate in education and taught in public schools for more than twenty years. I am involved in multicultural and multilingual churches since childhood, and I've seen that the REAL rubric helps congregations be successful and grow. REAL stands for Respectful relationships, Excellence, Authenticity, Love.

I am also a musician and love spending time with my family and dog, Chank’i.
