She created the worldwide network ‘Just a Mum’ and now empowers Mothers around the world to speak out about the challenges Motherhood can bring.

She has created over 130 worldwide authors as part of her Therapeutic Projects. Helping people around the world work towards closure and healing from past trauma. Facilitating positive change in the masses, Stina Maria has found many ways to inspire and invite her community to take a journey of personal development.

A huge advocate for Mothers and Mental Health, Stina Maria has led by example, openly speaking about her life to thousands of women around the world, to encourage and inspire them to push beyond their boundaries and reach beyond the stars for all that they dream of. Sharing experiences of abuse, neglect, trauma and assault, all whilst battling with her beautiful mind and surviving her history. Stina Maria is not afraid to rewrite her story and continues to support others in writing theirs.
